You could substitute raisins for the cranberries or add coconut. I love to add some dark chocolate chips after it has baked and cooled. Place on top of yogurt along with your favorite fruit and you have a great healthy dessert. YUMMY!

Due to pantry items being sparse, substitutions need to be made. This trick also works great when converting a recipe to vegan.  It is also got its name because you can literally dump all the ingredients into the bowl and then mix….so simple.
